Here at Nessa’s Naturals, we strive to provide unique, quality personal care products and make-up products.  Samples are available for our liquid and powder foundations to test out.

We also sell clothing that we are proud to carry.
 
To be eligible for store credit, your clothing item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it with tags attached.  Obviously unworn and unwashed. It must also be in the original packaging. If the period is 14 days past, unfortunately, we can’t offer you credit or exchange.

ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged (including foul odors and stains - deodorant or make-up), used, or missing parts will not be eligible for a credit.

Please get a tracking number and/or insurance (strongly encouraged) as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages and would not be able to process the return.

Noteworthy: Our products are made in small batches and there could be slight variations, but we try to avoid this. However, should there be any issue with your order please reach out to us. 

We are not responsible for any individual reaction to any ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.

Incorrect order or missing an item(s)?  Yep, we are a small business and human. Please contact us immediately upon receipt by sending us a picture of your order to allow us to rectify the error. 

REFUND (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed (for the amount you paid, minus shipping charges), and store credit via a gift card code will be sent to you via email or text.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you require a cancellation of your order, before order has shipped, there is a 10% restocking and/or credit card fee cost recovery.  So your order will be refunded minus 10%.  (We do not add credit card fees to customer purchases.  It’s a fee we recognize as a cost of doing business.  However as a small business, these fees DO add up).
